Education

Knowledge of agriculture, conservation, and the environment is extremely important. Through Conservation Trail and ‘Conservation Kids’, students will gain this knowledge. In the words of poet, Baba Dioum, “In the end, we conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught.”

Conservation Trail

Conservation Trail is a bi-monthly conservation education newsletter for teachers and students in the kindergarten through sixth grade levels. Through Conservation Trail, students learn about the environment, conservation, and other topics such as soil, water, birds, mammals, fish, insects, trees, and prairie plants.
